We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Nimpo Lake Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling luggage and other guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convey travelers' luggage by hand or hand truck
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Maintain luggage storage area
  • Provide information regarding features of rooms, service of hotel and points of interest
