Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Nimpo Lake Resort Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Guest Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling luggage, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convey travelers' luggage by hand or hand truck
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as mobility or language barriers
  • Maintain the luggage storage area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Provide information regarding hotel features, services, and local attractions
  • Arrange for or refer guests to valet parking services
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests
Work Environment:

The Hotel Guest Services Attendant will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods
