As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store management and will take charge of primary responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Your Role

Your primary responsibility is to enhance the customer experience, which begins with you. You will manage talent, motivate your team, and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression.

Additionally, you will work to ensure that your store meets or surpasses sales targets by overseeing all operational aspects, focusing on budget adherence, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.

It is essential to safeguard customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, as well as Company policies.

Qualifications for the Role
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or retail sales, along with at least 1 year in a sales management role.
  • Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • A cosmetology license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn, develop, and educate both store personnel and customers to enhance overall success.
  • A genuine passion for all aspects of hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

This position involves some physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, and engaging in tasks that require bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching. You may also need to lift moderately heavy items, such as shipment boxes.
