Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage staff including apprentices and design teams.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance performance.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain effective work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in direct sales and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities to achieve store goals.
  • Handle cash management and ensure financial accuracy.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct supervision of 1 to 2 team members.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Requires standing for extended periods.
