Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and design teams.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for optimal staffing.
  • Engage in direct sales activities and promote merchandise.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of team members.
  • Handle cash management and financial transactions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
