Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at DUKE'S ROYAL GUARD. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Oversee the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security guards and clients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit progress reports, maintaining accurate records of security incidents and activities.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Training and Development: Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a Security Guard License and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and judgment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard or in a related field, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
Work Environment

As a Security Guard Supervisor at DUKE'S ROYAL GUARD, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients, employees, and security guards. You will be required to work a standard 35-40 hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.
