  • Schedule and Coordinate Security Activities

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the activities of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Train Security Personnel

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training our security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.

Ensure Compliance with Security Protocols

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all security protocols are followed, and that our security team is aware of and adheres to all relevant policies and procedures.

Monitor and Report Security Incidents

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any security incidents, and for taking appropriate action to mitigate any risks or threats.

Requirements
  • Education

A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security-related field.

Certifications and Licenses

A Security Guard License and CPR and First Aid Certificates are required.

Language

English is the primary language of communication, and proficiency in English is required.

Work Environment

The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
