About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at DUKE'S ROYAL GUARD. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring a swift and effective response to maintain the safety of our clients and employees.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials and equipment as needed to support the security team.
  • Certifications and Compliance: Ensure all security personnel hold the necessary certifications, including CPR, First Aid, and Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Client Focus: Foster a client-centric approach, providing exceptional service and support to our clients and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, and Security Guard License.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
