Key Responsibilities

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the activities of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Train Security Personnel

The Security Supervisor will supervise and train security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.

Ensure Compliance with Security Protocols

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all security protocols are followed, and that our security team is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Monitor and Report Security Incidents

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any security incidents, and for implementing measures to prevent future incidents.

Collaborate with Other Departments

The Security Supervisor will work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure that our security team is integrated into the overall business strategy.

Requirements
  • Education

The Security Supervisor will require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

The Security Supervisor will require 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a security-related role.

Certifications and Licenses

The Security Supervisor will require a Security Guard License, CPR Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.

Language

The Security Supervisor will be required to have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
