About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at DUKE'S ROYAL GUARD. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Security Operations: Ensure the effective implementation of security protocols, procedures, and policies, maintaining a high level of security awareness and vigilance.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and equipment, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Certifications and Compliance: Ensure that all security personnel hold the necessary certifications, licenses, and memberships, and that all security equipment and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a security or law enforcement context.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, and Security Guard License.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
