About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at OEB Breakfast CO North Vancouver. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our cooks and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and promotions

Requirements
