Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at Isidore Landscapes Inc. as a key member of our technology department. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and administering our local area networks, wide area networks, mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and installing computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
The successful candidate will provide problem-solving services to network users, implement data, software and hardware security procedures, perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records. They will also perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, and implement network traffic and security monitoring software.
