Special Education Support Worker for Individuals with Autism

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Support Worker to join our team at the Autism Support Network. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with individuals with autism to develop and implement personalized education and intervention plans that promote their independence and life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with developing life skills and independence
- Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans based on the unique needs of each client
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience working with individuals with autism an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Work Setting: This role will involve working in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and education to individuals with autism.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 2-20 hours per week
