Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Transportation: Arrange for ground transportation for guests, including taxis and shuttle services.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in their rooms or at designated areas.
  • Baggage Handling: Assist with the handling and storage of guest luggage.
  • Room Preparation: Ensure that guest rooms are clean and prepared for arrival, including making beds and restocking amenities.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, bend, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work language is English.
