Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Transportation: Arrange for ground transportation for guests, including taxis and shuttle services.
  • Food and Beverage: Serve food and beverages to guests in our hotel restaurants and bars.
  • Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy, and make any necessary adjustments to room settings.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, bend, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
