Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Transportation: Arrange for ground transportation and convey luggage by hand or hand truck.
  • Display and Signage: Assemble, rotate, and disassemble window displays, showcases, and signage according to floor plans or instructions.
  • Audiovisual Equipment: Assist with installation and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Baggage Handling: Attend to baggage problems and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Assist with group arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and walking.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
