Job Title: Administrative Officer

HWY 401 Warden Pet Hospital PR is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our office policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30-40 hours of work per week.
