Real Estate Markets Executive

In this role, you will support Directors in the Bank's Real Estate Markets group, focusing on analyzing and underwriting new loan requests using the Bank's Risk Assessment Framework/RAF, Financial Analysis and Credit Tools/Newton, and Commercial Credit Request (CCR). You will partner with Directors to understand credit needs, changing circumstances, and risk profile through meaningful client contact.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and underwrite new loan requests using the Bank's Risk Assessment Framework/RAF, Financial Analysis and Credit Tools/Newton, and Commercial Credit Request (CCR).
- Support Directors in daily administration of the Group's lending portfolio, performing annual credit reviews, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Directors to develop a deep understanding of clients' credit needs, changing circumstances, and risk profiles.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience in commercial credit, financial statement analysis, and underwriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
- Ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of programs and systems employed by the Bank.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate underwriting, preferably in lending.
- MBA, Accounting designation (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
