Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the bottle shop and sanitation operations at our Niagara Falls facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, developing, and leading all activities related to safety, quality, performance, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan daily production requirements, including labor, product changeovers, and component supply.
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and develop plans to ensure production continuity.
  • Develop and train operations staff on new safety programs.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including payroll, FCR, DOR, vacation schedules, and email communication.
  • Hire, train, and develop employees.
  • Manage production KPIs, including line startup, line change, right first time, and production speed.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP and ISO procedures.
  • Participate in meetings, including daily production meetings, weekly operations meetings, and monthly union employee meetings.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Agility to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Mechanical aptitude.
