Batching Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Batching Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our concrete batching plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete batchers, drivers, and plant maintenance personnel to ensure timely and quality delivery of concrete products.
- Monitor and control the batching process to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the operations team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a concrete batching or production environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including SAP and Command-Alkon.
