Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill.
Job Summary:The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive a clean and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the housekeeping department.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
This is a permanent, full-time position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
