Batching Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Batching Supervisor to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete batching plant, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete batchers, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the plant.
- Monitor and control the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the plant is properly maintained and repaired.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, quality, and productivity.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in the ready mix industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
