Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at D2D DRIVER EXPERTS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and develop delivery drivers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
