About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at D2D Driver Experts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are meeting their delivery targets and adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Logistics Operations: Coordinate the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities to our delivery drivers, helping them to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of our delivery drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our logistics operations.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, as well as the ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate for the role is a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: The role will involve working in a fast-paced logistics environment, with frequent communication with drivers and other team members.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook is required.
