Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at D2D DRIVER EXPERTS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of goods and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of a team of 11-15 delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Manage Dispatching and scheduling of delivery routes, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and road conditions.
  • Train and Develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • MS Excel and MS Office skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
