Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Task Organization and Coordination: Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics.
  • Reporting and Maintenance: Prepare and submit reports, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in supply chain operations.
Work Environment:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
