About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at D2D Driver Experts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Manage Logistics Operations: Coordinate and schedule delivery routes, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance: Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvements to our logistics operations to ensure we are meeting our customer's expectations.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all delivery drivers are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
