About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at D2D Driver Experts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Analyze delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and Develop our delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles, ensuring our fleet is always in good working condition.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our drivers and customers.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record.
  • Own Vehicle or access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
Working Conditions
  • 37.5 Hours per Week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Relocation Costs Covered by the employer, for those willing to relocate.
