This position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible hours as determined by the Counselling and Clinical Support Services Manager. A Class 'G' Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle are required for this role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of Anishinabek children, families, and communities. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management and counselling services to clinical services that align with Dilico's philosophy, policies, and standards">
  • Evaluate system effectiveness and recommend necessary changes">
  • Ensure regular documentation on clinical files and conferencing/reviews of relevant cases">

Qualifications and Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will hold a Psychology degree or equivalent experience in a clinical role within a Children's Mental Health program. A minimum three years of mental health case management experience with clients and three years of experience providing individual, family, and group counselling are also essential requirements.
