St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre is seeking a Full Time Rehabilitation Program Coordinator. We offer a competitive salary, defined Pension Plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
**Job description**
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day planning, execution, delivery and refining of the HDH Scheduled Rehabilitation Program at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre.
Duties include:
- Maintains Patients Calendars
- Scheduling of Custom Sessions
- Monitoring gym flow,metrics and equipment
- Patient therapy check in/follow up concerns
- Support staff
- Ability to communicate in both official languages
- Degree/diploma in an allied Health Field;
- Previous supervisory experience;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill essential, both orally and written;
- Supports and implements efficient and effective workflows;
- 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting with geriatric and/or diverse populations
