Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of waste.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups, to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving customers, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning materials.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work overtime as required.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
