Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Om Sai Namah Inc. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure a seamless service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
