Salary: The salary for this position is between $35.87/hour and $43.82/hour, with an estimated annual salary of approximately $72,000-$90,000 based on a 30-hour workweek. Please note that salaries may vary depending on experience and other factors.

About the Job: In this role, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients who have undergone various types of surgery. This includes working with high-acuity patients who require close monitoring and support. You will also be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in a high-acuity PACU environment
• Adult ICU or Critical Care experience within the past 5 years
• Strong leadership ability and communication skills that promote respect and a positive team environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive movements throughout your shift
• Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs of force
• ACLS training and Connect Care PACU training
• Extubation experience and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook email
• Canadian Nursing Association (CNA) certification for Peri-Anesthesia Nursing
