Description:
As an Advanced Care Nurse Specialist (ACNS), you will play a key role in providing safe, quality patient-centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of Alberta Health Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with AHS policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interprofessional healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program
- Active registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential care settings
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
