We are seeking a skilled and efficient Civil Technologist / AutoCAD Drafter to collaborate with our project managers in preparing and producing detailed drawings and design plans for various construction projects. As our ideal candidate, you will utilize your expertise in AutoCAD and civil engineering to deliver accurate and high-quality project designs that promote construction excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Produce precise and high-quality drawings, designs, and plans in AutoCAD.
- Develop and review engineering and construction drawings for various projects.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure the achievement of clients' objectives.
- Conduct preliminary site and field surveys to assess the suitability of proposed plans.
- Manage and maintain data in project databases.
- Generate and maintain project documentation, such as engineering drawings and specifications, project reports, and correspondences.
- Monitor and evaluate construction and engineering issues.
- A degree or diploma in civil engineering technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with strict deadlines.
