Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Marketing and Sales Goals: Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Goal-Oriented: A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive in problem-solving and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Presentation and Public Speaking Skills: Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty license (preferred) and ability to obtain within 90 days.
