Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Team Leader to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. as a Sales Team Manager.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance, discuss sales strategies, and set targets.
  • Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with each team member to provide coaching, feedback, and guidance.
  • Support team members in daily, weekly, and monthly planning, ensuring alignment with sales goals and objectives.
  • Review sales analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, developing team and individual plans accordingly.
  • Design and deliver sales training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the team, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Create personal development plans and goals with team members to maximize their effectiveness in their roles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience, aligning sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education.
  • 5+ years of sales and leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales competencies, including time management, sales process, planning, closing, and negotiation.
  • Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Leadership and administrative capabilities, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
