We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Professional Book Fairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, organized, team player, client focus, time management, and quick learner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

Please note that this is a permanent position.
