We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Sales Professional to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our CRM division, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative products and services to end-users and hospital administrators.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in life sciences or a related field. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with expert product knowledge and support to achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager to achieve divisional goals, analyzing market trends and reporting back to management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing supply agreements and contracts with hospitals and purchasing groups, as well as planning visits to promote our existing and new products.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge Development: Develop in-depth knowledge of our cardiac rhythm management products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional product support.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage supply agreements and contracts with hospitals and purchasing groups to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and report back to management on opportunities and challenges affecting our business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service teams, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in selling to surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Travel Requirements: This role requires frequent travel, with occasional evening and weekend work.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
