About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and Scheduling Activities: Ensure that all construction activities are coordinated and scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinating with Project Supervisors and Managers: Work closely with other project supervisors and managers to ensure that all construction activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Establishing Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all construction activities are completed on time.
  • Requisitioning Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure that all construction activities can be completed.
  • Supervising Workers and Projects: Supervise workers and projects to ensure that all construction activities are completed to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to workers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete construction activities.
