Project Coordinator

Klinic Community Health is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the development and implementation of an online training portal for service providers within the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Development to apply project management principles and tools throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and follow up on the delivery of project activities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Conduct project monitoring and report on status
  • Identify late or incomplete tasks and initiate corrective action
  • Develop and recommend mitigation strategies for project risks
  • Assign project tasks to team members
  • Establish and lead ad hoc project task teams as required
  • Provide project orientation to new staff and consultants
  • Direct project staff to ensure completion of assigned tasks
  • Validate task completeness
  • Provide guidance and direction to contractors and team members
Requirements:
  • Satisfactory criminal record, child abuse, and adult abuse registry checks
