Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our Capital Equipment team as a Contract Development Lead. This role is responsible for developing new customized and scalable contracts, securing member commitment, and managing multiple high-priority solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop 4-6 new Capital Equipment contracts annually, customizable yet scalable.
  • Manage and advance multiple high-priority solutions through competitive processes.
  • Validate information and develop expertise across specialized procurement areas.
  • Work with internal project managers and cross-functional teams to quantify and deliver growth targets.
  • Foster trusting relationships with suppliers and HealthPRO Canada members.
  • Collaborate to develop metrics measuring contract outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Greater than 5 years' experience in Canadian Public Procurement, healthcare preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Certified Supply Chain Leader (CSCL) designation required.
  • Exceptional tenacity, persistence, and resilience.
  • Able to engage stakeholders effectively across all levels.
  • Consensus builder amongst disparate stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and competitive dialogue.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including enrollment in a pension plan. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
