Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Airport Project Contracts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, ensuring compliance across the program, and collaborating with Commercial Managers to maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
  2. Assure contract compliance across the program, ensuring delivery teams understand their obligations.
  3. Work collaboratively with Commercial Managers to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in pre- and post-contract functions in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
  2. Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws.
  3. Knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate large groups of stakeholders.
  5. Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or related field.
