Executive Assistant to VP Global Non-Ferrous Trading

About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the VP Global Non-Ferrous Trading, ensuring the smooth operation of the Non-Ferrous Trading team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage calendars, send meeting requests, and reminders.
- Process expenses and submit reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in various projects, compiling data, preparing reports, and presentations.
- Fill in for Trade Support as needed.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and perform other related tasks.
Requirements
- College certificate or similar academic training.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role to senior management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English) is required.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
