About the Role


The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the VP Global Non-Ferrous Trading, ensuring the smooth operation of the Non-Ferrous Trading team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate records, coordinate travel, and prepare reports.


Key Responsibilities


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both paper and electronic


• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements


• Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner


• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders


• Participate in various projects, including data compilation, report preparation, and presentation creation


Requirements


• College certificate (AEC or DEC) or equivalent academic training


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role to senior management


• Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills


• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
