Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior ABA Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with children and families to implement evidence-based ABA interventions aimed at improving social, communication, and learning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions, monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and changes in client behaviour or needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and stakeholders on ABA best practices.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with mental health disorders or developmental disabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, with a strong focus on implementation and outcome measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

What We Offer
