**Geriatrician Specialist**
The Division of Geriatric Medicine at Island Health consists of a team of geriatricians providing clinical support to a robust service, including in-patient and out-patient consultation and follow-up. The team works with dedicated interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care to seniors.
**Benefits and Incentives**
Physicians may be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including a recruitment incentive, relocation assistance, and a flat fee. A fee premium and continuing medical education (CME) support are also available.
**Clinical Teaching and Support**
The Division of Geriatrics is affiliated with the University of British Columbia Island Medical Program, supporting clinical teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate learners.
