Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Zhoudong Logistics.
About the RoleThis permanent position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization;
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workload and ensure deadlines are met;
- Establish clear priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carry out administrative activities related to the establishment, including managing records and implementing policies and procedures;
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence;
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations;
- Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a program of one to two years;
- Two years of experience in an administrative role; or equivalent experience;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Experience with budgeting and financial management;
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
