Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Blue Rock Transport.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 based on industry standards.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and best practices.
- Establish work priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare invoices and work orders.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and have attention to detail.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
