Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at AB Countertops Ltd.

Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Administrative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team. This includes arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and controlling budgets and expenditures. The successful candidate will also establish and implement policies and procedures, record meeting minutes, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
